this thread has genuinely become touching and torn with
emotion
and it'll probably be on the internet for years and years

my favourite comedy series is 'the league of gentlemen'

this is a good one lol

I did enjoy the link you posted but I don't agree that the
thread needed saving.

al murray
harry hill
benny hill
bernard manning
nuns on the run (film)
any chris morris
father ted
the it crowd (bit hit and miss but really good when it's
good)
roy "chubby" brown (dirty bastard hehe)

but nothing with charlie brooker because hes a talentless
social democrat

theres a lot of shit comedy around today, especially on
channel 4 and "dave". no quality control filters.

Haha, yes! I caught an episode of this late at night whilst
half-asleep and couldn't remember what it was called but I
loved the intentionally bad editing and writing. Thank you
for sparking my memory!

Yeah I did, I thought it was a tad patchy though but I guess
that's inevitable when you've got one guy doing a bunch of
characters. The Glynn(?) Nimrod and folk singer ones were
brilliant though!

As was the Garth Marenghi episode with the Wasps movie,
great stuff.

The first time I saw it I was in this really scabby council
house in Edinburgh on mushrooms, I could not wrap my
head around it all and was convinced it was real for a few
days afterwards.

It might actually be my favourite TV show ever.
