w M w, I looked at these drawings for quite a while and
enjoyed it immensely. I encourage you to continue drawing.

I can see a bit of Escher, a touch of Picasso and a hint of
the illustrator for the book Where the Wild Things Are.

Thanks for sharing these, and keep posting more if you have
them!

I'm sorry if this has been discussed already but does seeing
the strcture of pollen underline anyone's belief in a God or
creator?

The fact that there is such intracacy at a such a
microscopic level just oozes arguments for design (and thus
a designer). These images amaze me and cause me to really
think about the beauty of our world. It's as if God had a
sort of sense of humour, nature is just one big treasure
hunt of structural beauty.

WmW i've always admired your artistry and avatar wizardry. I
think I may have all of your avatars stored on file in my
pic folder since I joined. Geomtery.

I'm glad you're all enjoying these.

jdk: Wasn't it you who made that cool, uh, fish dildo? You
should post it here if so. I vaguely remember that "where
the wild things are" book, heh heh.

Xeron: evolution is an algorithm that requires no
intelligence. There's also the 'if god made the universe,
what made god' problem. Humans have such a limited
perception of the universe, that phenomena occuring on such
glacial time scales is hard for them to naturally
comprehend. Their minds evolved to deal with anthropological
hunter/gatherer type things. I recommend reading 'the
selfish gene' by richard dawkins but having a better
understanding of the truth doesn't really change much for
the better perhaps. Glad you like the drawerings and
avatarerings.

Vader: )

Taffmonster: I sort of originally planned to make most of
these in color like the last 2 posted but never got around
to it. It would take lots of work. I can make them hi res by
re-scanning them but all of the originals are small anyway
(usually 1/4 the size of a piece of typing paper about).

I have more I havn't scanned yet that I can post later.

If there could be a viedo game or storyline behind these
characters i think you would have something here. These are
great

Fish dildo? Wow, must have been a wild party; I don't
remember that!

How long on average did you spend on one of your drawings?
Just curious. Bump, everybody check out the wMweird
drawings.

It's hard to guess how long they approximately took as I
didn't time myself and I think I worked on them
sporadically, plus time was spent just thinking/imagining
how to continue. Maybe 1-4 hours.
I guess somone else made that fish dildo, forget who.
Thanks marlowe, sorry I never got around to that remix, but
I suck at making music so who cares.
Yeah, they're kind of abstract on their own with no
story/game/whatever. The dimension they're in is as still as
hell though, that's for sure.

It truly is a question that can't be answered, but faith
requires a leap of faith ;nothing selfish about it. Plus I'm
a bit disconcerted in that you keep reffering to humans as
"them".
I agree we have limited minds and that we will probably
never realise the truth, but on the question of evolution
there is no concrete evidence, when I talk about evolution
I'm talking about macro-evolution ie. monkey to human. Micro
evolution on the other hand does exist. Should,'t there be
some sort of living monkey human if evolution existed?

:)

I never did email refund that picture, AND I NEVER WILL, ha
ha ha ha!

I did buy another scanner but it's monochrome and I'm too
lazy to install it. It's an enormous scanner printer in
one.

I havn't drawn in like 6 years, probably more since I have
no concept of time (how could you when every day is the
same).

I think I have a problem with one of my brain hemispheres. I
want to make my new art medium flash/ actionscript 3;
hopefully it doesn't suck too much.

I like wWw abstract art. I like yours lines they are very
precise, and colours are not blured.

My brother was also amateur artist, his paintigs was not
precise, but shadows distributed very realistic so paintings
look more realistic. casette
