Needed: Aphex Twin Interviews

Hello everybody. I was wondering if anyone here knows where
the best compendium/collection of Richard James interviews
on the internet are, as I am going to give an informative
speech on the man and want the best information there is.
And, are there any actual published books around that might
have detailed information on him as well. I’m looking for
an extensive as possible biography, as well as an accurate
list of his gear.

I’ve looked around a bit on the net and figured that you
guys might be able to point me to better places than the
ones I’ve been to so far. Is his wikipedia.com article the
best there is? Well anyway, what ever help you can offer
I’d appreciate it. But just to let you know, what I’ve
checked out so far is good enough to fill the time I need
for the speech, so this is not intended for you to do my
“legwork” for me. I just want the best available
information there is on Richard and I figured that you guys
would know where to get it.

Thanks in advance.

Mr. Brazil

you're going to talk about his biography and gear?? surely
you could find other, interesting stuff to talk about. i
think google search is best to find his interviews, and
there's some stuff about him in that warp book that was
released earlier this year i think.

when is someone going to write the definitive aphex twin
biography? Including jounals, interviews, triumphs and
losses etc..
Oh and you can plug your headphones into it to listen to
music while reading..

I'd love to see doco about aphex writing a song from
conception to completion and everything inbetween. That
would be fascinating.

A couple of years ago the Avalanches did that, over about 6
months filmed everything from going record hunding for
samples to in the studio and tweaking sounds. Really in
depth stuff, twas great. So much better than most music
journalism fluff.
