Do you like it?

I actually think it is really good....some filler...but an
all around very good release...I love #3...(name slips my
mind right now)

Mmm... I was never too sure about it... I REALLY like some
of the tracks tho. I love the exploding psychology and the
one Ironlung likes (same, I cant remember either).

I dont really see what the all the fuss is about My fucking
sound execept the title. :)

"I wish you could talk" is the best... that's my opinion as
well :-)
I also love the little Ambient track "Tommib", the 2nd track
"Boneville Occident" has an awesome beginning ;-)

and "My Red Hot Car" is the best 2Step track ever made ;-)

i love all the people who really like this music.
squarepusher is a real phreak. i like aphex and autechre
too. here where i live its sad because nobody does really
listen to good music, they all like this charts shit. its
always great to read the messageboard here because all you
guys know what you're talking about.

Don't like it. Think its kinda crappy. But I know that I
have to listen to it more times to get a real opinion on it.
It will not be the first time that a record grows on me. But
at first glance I think it's crap.

to it, but you can't say if this album is good or bad after
hearing it just one time. there is so much in this album,
its unbelievable.

it's worth buyin if only for the drum beats. i luv hearing
new squarepusher stuff just to see how much more complex his
beats r gettin. can't beat those hectic break beats and
squarepusher 1 of the best at it i think

offline Xanatos from New York City (United States) on 2002-02-09 16:38 [#00083982]

I love tracks 1 and 3, I can't get into the too erratic
beated tracks, although I like listening to them once in a
while. Go Spastic might possibly be the best drum n' bass
track ever...

I like I Wish You Could Talk, but the whole thing sounds
predictable and amateur, like it was made on fruityloops,
I'm surprised to hear it get so much praise.

at some points go plastic isn't listenable... i think it has
a couple of good tracks only... i prefer big loada or feed
me weird things than go plastic.

I got into at first listen also. Exploding Psycology was
the first track I heard from Squarepusher (that I really
listened to). Quite the introuction must say.

Kee then. Listened to it a couple of times more and I am
starting to get into it. Think the tunes needed time to
crystalize inside my head. My first feeling was that it's
too fragmented. I did not like a whole song but only bits of
it. Now I am starting to see the whole picture and figering
out the structure. That was untill I heard song 7. Then I
lost it again.

But I like it more and more.

Damn, I think I'm falling in love with song 10. Fuck it's
too short.

That chopped voice part in "my fcking sound" really pump my
adrenaline in some strange way, same effect as the bass
makes in Aphex's track Vordhosbn! I really love that album,
wicked wicked one!

WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?

Boneville Occident?
The Exploding Psychology?

These songs are fking genius!
Go Plastic is a groundbreaking album and is one of
squarepusher's best (top 3).
I'm glad this thread was bumped, just goes to show how we

so much in common...
but it's fucking great release by >[], just think it lacks
something, like it was meant without a great picture in mind
