i took my porsche 951 up to 140 mph this weekend. i would've liked to go faster, but the consequences would be rather atrocious if i blew a tire of came across a cop. it definately sates my need to speed and everything feels so slow after that. perhaps i will find a place safe enough for me to go even faster next time! |

140 mph = 230 km/h badass, no. dumbass, maybe. 140 is a little too fast for a highway. much too fast actually. it is very fun though. |

I did 140mph in my SEAT Leon 20VT on Thursday. It does 143mph but I ran out of space and scared myself big time. Not doing that again, was shaking for nearly an hour after that. |

my friend has an mx-6. they're pretty quick cars. i also have a four banger, but mine's turboed and a lot quicker though. i want to find out where i can get my car going 160 mph without getting in serious trouble. i'll probably have my chip by then though, so i'll be able to go faster than 160 mph. |

we have this place in my area called "speed zone.".... pretty damn cool place, has all sorts of slick tracks with go-karts and shit..but the real thriller is the "$12 a pop drag racers". REAL drag cars on a fucking track, all you do is hit the gas and the button on the steering wheel to shift. 1-100mph in like 4 seconds, now THATS a rush. (you get to race against 5 other cars). And man when it stops your car for you, it stops just as fast, talk about g-forces. |

i've seen that place on tv before. looks fun as hell. when my mom and dad used to live out in monterey, california, they used to go watch those little go karts that do 120 mph race around. too bad i was too little to remember. i want to put one of those on the street and race people. |

our restriction for highways is 80 mph but not many people drive by restrictions i normaly drive at about 130 mph the fastest i went was about 150-160 mph the roads are pretty good so its not too dangerous |

I had a lamborghini. could get it up to about 280 mph before the bolts started unscrewing themselves. I once drove this fast while listening to drukqs, didn't even notice that I lost the right back tire until the middle of nannou 2. fortunately, at these speeds you're almost flying, so loosing a tire doesn't matter. now I'm retrofitting a 911 with nitro boosters and lots of wunderbaum |
