every year here in my hometown a bunch of raggedy punks take over main street in the middle of the night and race decorated shopping carts it;s quite hilarious and fun i took some video check it read more |

i don;t know what the cops were trying to do they pulled up to the finish line and when they got out of the car all the kids took off one of the cops grabbed a cart but the got away for the rest of the night they just directed traffic one person rides the other pushes i think the cops were there just to add to the fun |
