So I am writing this short story

as I have been mentioning..to go with the last few songs I
have done..I am writing a series of interelated short
stories that can be collected into a novella format I
suppose..
the first one is nearly ready and is called just like the
song

A BOY WITH A GIRLS NAME

Now the problem is..that I am rusty as a nail..and the last
time I wrote fiction was 10 years ago..so obviously I need
good honest feedback...

I have finished the first part in long hand and am in
process of typing/pdfing it...

it's style is allover the place urban horror/splatterpunk is
the closest I can come to describing it ... Joe R Landsdale
crossed with Clive Barker crossed with Garth Ennis
(Preacher) crossed with Warren Ellis crossed with Barry
Gifford (Lynch's cowritter on Lost Highway)..

and it's rude, crude and violent..so if you are easily
offended...dont bother

Other wise please email me at
significarta@hotmail.com so I can send it back as an
attachment..

I am a slow typist and it may eventuate in a few days...but
please only email me if you have the patience to read 30 odd
pages and then..be able to critique..point out the
weaknesses etc and ofcoarse reply back..

so I know I am asking a lot..but I think what I am writing
is pretty fast breezy and entertaining and just might be
worth your while..please indicate here if you are interested
and send an email...

thanks..

I'll probably read it right on the computer instead of
printing it out. Looking forward to it, naturally since I
cannot look backward to it if it lies in the future. Unless
I travel through time backwards. I think I'll start doing
that from now on. So, I'm looking backwards to it now.

for looking backwards..you might need to grow an pair of
eyes in the back of the head too..wont you?..apparently it's
very easy to do..just shave off a patch at the appropriate
spot on the back of the head..and then there's these chants
and meditations you need to do..it involves a few bouts
clenching and pushing down on your bowels..so certain fish
curries are highly recommended...and lo and behold..these
eyes pop open at the back of your skull.....supposedly the
four eyes are also high in demand in the various
intelligence agencies around the world...
it's just that these baby eyes dent to be a bit myopic you
have to go around wearing glasses on the back of your
head..and you get to hear the tired old joke..I dont know if
he's coming or going..rather a lot..other than that..there's
lots of perks of being quadra focal...

no no no, to grow eyes in the back of your head, you have to
recite the dialogue from the 37th episode of "I love lucy"
while walking on your hands and cloning a chicken with your
feet.

Send it to me at revolverjgw@hotmail.com, I'm interested...
I probably won't read it all, to be honest (unless there's
pictures)... 30 pages is pretty fucking daunting with school
coming up and my job. But I'm still curious... and who
knows, maybe I'll read it all if it's good enough.

I've been writing a series of extremely short stories, like
snapshots of people, situations. I'm using different styles
and techniques..

at first the stories seeem unconnected. now I'm at nr.28
and people start to see the connections between the
different stories and characters.

anyway, I'll send and e-mail..
