There is no relationship between the two...apart from the
name...

that's why he has to state on CDs that he not related to
Aphex Systems (who make all sort of Studio equiptment, like
compressors, Aural Exciters etc..been going for years, well
before RDJ..)...

have a look on the back of drukqs, theres a joke about it...

Yep, it's entirely coincedental- he got the name from A for
Acid, Ph from PH as in measurement of acidity, Ic an't
remember what the ex is from...
