Ever go on a ''break'' from listening to something/body that you love?
I haven't listened to Autechre for a couple weeks, other than maybe one or two tracks.
Now, I'm back listening to them all day, and I realize how much I fucking love them. Jesus, they make my life complete! Zoinks!
Isn't it great to stay away from somebody and then come crawling back to ecstacy?
Listening to Viral Rival, thanks to whoever pointed this track out the other day, it's so fucking great...

pearl jam is a band that i always get a craving for when i know i've left them on the rack for too long!
same with afx's i care because you do, which coincidently was played between cheap trick adn pearljam's set at molson park a few years back!
i think i was one of the 3 people of ten;s of thousands who got it and was sitting for the next 40 minutes with a huge richard grin!
that grin took in my skull with the first few notes from pearljam's corduroy.
gsybe! also falls in this category of craving.

i recently got off a very long break from radiohead and aphex twin. i've just now started listening to ok computer and SAW 2 and they're better than they've ever been.
its good to take long breaks, makes you appreciate it more.

I hadn't listened to Tool all summer until a few days ago (they used to be my favorite band) but now I don't like them as much as I used to. So I guess it doesn't always work like it has for you guys.
