I've just ordered perfect blue and battle royale on dvd. I
haven't seen either of them, but I'm getting them on the
stength of friend's recommendations for them.

I can't wait for them to arrive :o)

I liked Perfect Blue, it's not your typical anime, but I
really liked it, I hope you will too :)

Waddya mean it's pance?
The animation is great and the story is gripping....not ur
typoical anime I know (Being a thriller/murder story) but it
is still a true work of Hitchcockian art!!

The animation was sub standard, the plot was lame. As I said
before, You got bombs going off, some fucker is posting
every time you have a shit on a website but you still don't
call the police? I can not understand why people like it so
much, I'm sorry, It's possibly just me (and I'm not normally
this harsh) the whole thing just bored the tits off me.

And it's not like this was the first manga I watched, I've

That was great. Weird lizard alien things and gas tanks.
YEAH! Teenager pregnant and giving birth to an alien. Fucked
up and great. Don't forget the bad acting though. IS it on
DVD?
