The Water Temple is fucking hard. The only part of the game that I had trouble with. Just beat it by wandering around and eventually getting lucky. |

But have you seen the original NES zelda advert? I have Zelda 2 for the Nes. I still haven't beaten it as it's so old the battery backup keeps corrupting my saves :( It's a shiny gold coloured cartridge though. Good game for the time... |

Zelda gamecube will be awesome. and Zelda Majoras mask was very good too. just because it wasnt like the others doesnt mean its not good. it was just as good as Ocarina of time in my opinion. |

just bought Majora's Mask today for nintendo 64. That "expansion pack" is the biggest rip-off ever or...? Couldn't they have just included the extra 4MB in the first place? The damn thing cost me just as much as the actual game! It's insane! Other than that, i'm loving it :-) Ofcourse i've only just begun, but i love that apocalyptic "the world is going to end!" feeling :-) And Zelda GameCube does NOT look crap :-o It may be the best-looking zelda-game ever! When i was young i didn't even dare dream this would ever happen! An actual interactive cartoon... oh my god it looks fantastic! It reminds me of the illustrations in the manual of original NES-zelda :-) |

Still haven't played Majora's Mask... fuck. Someday I will. I'm mad at myself for procrastinating and not bothering. And don't worry, GCube Zelda will be amazing... nothing from Miyamoto is ever anything less... fucker has the video game Midas touch. |

Jar...I have a DVD presentation with previews of the new Zelda and it looks shit!!!! It really does....such a disapointment! I have Smash Bros. Melee and Nintendo should've used the Link that they had it that! I will not buy it! F-ZERO and StarFox look amazing though! |

yeah you should play it ophecks! I like it better than ocarina of time... it feels much more like the old zelda games... it has that great overworld tune (which ocarina... lacked!) playing in the background. And the outside world is much more exciting (in ocarina of time i found that rather dull... just a big open plain with not much happening... in this game it feels much more exciting, with forrest and valleys all over the place and big fire-breathing dragons who roam wild... very cool). (and miyamoto didn't actually even work on this one!) And i have no doubt the new zelda will be even better! I watched lots of clips of it on a nintendo-website, and i love how it looks. |

Whilst zelda will undoubtedley be a good game, I do not personally like the "cartoony" look to it. In games like Jet set radio cel shading works well, but for something like zelda you want it a bit more realistic. |

but snes-zelda also looked very cartoony! Surely the snes would have been able to produce more realistic graphics, but there link was all cute and with big eyes etc.... and i loved it :-) the zelda games for nes and snes will probably (for me) always be the "ultimate" zelda games because i practically grew up with them. The graphical style on nintendo64 was quite a departure from that style... and i love how they are now returning to it :-) To me zelda gamecube looks like a 3d-version of A Link To The Past. |

The new GC Zelda game looks fucking rank! Looks like a newer version of Parrapa the Rappa.....yup....that bad! Don't know what Nintendo are thinking reducing it too a truly kiddish pile of shite! I know all the games have been basically kiddy-games but they have always been a tad dark and somewhat.....'mature' in their dealings.! |

the snes zelda was my fave, never really got into the N64 one, too busy playing 4 player goldeneye for about 2 years of my life non stop. jarworski i feel like an idiot for asking but what film is that from with bruce campbell in it? still looking for army of darkness on DVD to complete my triolgy :) |

don't have a GBA... don't have Gamecube yet either ;-) I'll wanna buy a gamecube to play the new mario and zelda games though. And i wish i still had my nes and snes :-( My mom made me sell those, arrgh! I wasn't allowed to buy a snes until i first sold my nes... and later she made me sell my snes if i wanted the nintendo64. I probably should have kept my snes :-( I liked it better than nintendo64. But ohwell... atleast now i am old enough to deceide i will NOT sell my nintendo64 when i buy the gamecube :-p |
