Hey, I have to do an economics assignment about elasticity of demand and I have to do two surveys, and since I’m doing it about CDs I immediately thought of aphextwin.nu and Warp. So can you please answer this question and the other one in the thread called “save Salma Hayek's ass part 2” I need at least 50 of you to answer each one…thanks very much):
Q1: How many CDs would you buy a year from Warp-Mart at each of these price ranges? Only put into consideration the artists you are interested in off course and only full studio albums not CD singles or EPs.
£3-5, £5-6, £7-9, £9-11, £11-13, £13-15, £16+
Basically the point is to find out if demand for the CDs is affected by price or if you’ll buy your favorite CDs anyway…you give 7 answers for each of the price ranges. Don’t write anything dodgy because I’ll have to print this thread out and hand it in):
so plz answer both and save my ass, this crap is worth 15 % of the year's mark):

£3-5 I got around 2 (singles) in the last year, £9-11 about 3 albums I think, I also got a load of vinyl too tho. If I got all my albums from warp mart it would be like 6 or something.
I don't care about the price, If dragon wants he gets.

Hmm. This is dependent on the product. If it was something I really wanted then basically £16+ but if it was something I just wanted then £7-9 I tend to buy up the medium price ones first then look for the expensive ones going cheaper. If they don;t look like they will then I will buy at the higher price. Then I'll scoop up the cheap ones as and when I want to. Does that help? I hope so.
