i was thinking that I would get a seinfeld character avatar
(not george, "we already have a george"). itd be cool if we
had a seinfeld clan of avatars. maybe
newman,jerry,elaine,kramer,jackie chiles,j peterman etc or
anyone else you can find a picture of. make sure no one
else has the same person already though.

It's working out great for me so far, i'm already starting
to feel like a george more and more.

And thanks for bringing up j peterman! Ha! I had almost
forgotten about him, that guy was hilarious ;-)

clothes.

little blurbs on the clothes? and that crazy like war

"jerry, its frank costanza. steinbrenners here, george is
dead, call me back."
classic line.
we need a jerry.

this thread is great! It brings up so many memories to see
all your faces again

*sniff*

And that line is indeed a classic ;-) i laughed out loud
when i just read it, haha, you guys have much better
memories than me, i wish i had memorised so many
seinfeld-quotes.

I always thought jerry was actually the least funny
character in the show ;-)

offline Netlon Sentinel from eDe (Netherlands, The) on 2002-07-29 02:03 [#00328573]
Points: 4736 Status: Lurker

yeah george was the funniest. and certainly the best actor.

offline MachineofGod from the land of halo's (United States) on 2002-07-29 02:04 [#00328577]
Points: 3088 Status: Lurker

yeah jerry is least funny. he does say some funny stuff
though. "Mmm Mutton!" do you always stuff meat in your
pockets? "no sometimes i use the couch" hah

offline MachineofGod from the land of halo's (United States) on 2002-07-29 02:05 [#00328579]

i like when kramer got the seizures from hearing mary hearts
voice. hahaha michael richards was so good at kramer

offline zaphod from the metaverse on 2002-07-29 02:11 [#00328590]

hah, i just saw that episode. its great when kramer starts
recording what food he takes from jerry and then george
walks in, grabs a coke, and kramer turns and goes, "yeah,
put that on my tab."

offline surrounded from it won't be hard anymore to li on 2002-07-29 02:11 [#00328591]

kramer would just be funny opening a door or whatever ;-)

But didn't his own show (after seinfeld) do horribly bad
because it just wasn't funny? I definitly agree the guy who
played george was the best actor. I think I also saw him a
couple of time in movies playing completely different
characters than george... i doubt any of the other actors
would be able to do that.

(altough Mr. Peterman played a part in Philadelphia ;-))

offline zaphod from the metaverse on 2002-07-29 02:14 [#00328595]

the michael richards (kramer) show sucked big time because
he kept playing kramers part. the problem was he was playing
a detective and it just wasn't funny. and georges show
sucked too.

george also played an alien in star trek!! an extremely
intelligent alien, at that too! can you believe it? it was
weird watching that

actually the only good seinfeld "spin off" is called Curb
Your Enthusiasm. Its on HBO and has Larry David, the shows
creator and basis for George in it. its really funny, as
good as Seinfeld.

do you remember the episode that was in reverse? I loved the
ending of that! There was this scene where it said: "eleven
years earlier", and Kramer walked into Jerry's apartment for
the first time. And jerry tells him: "Everything in here
that's mine is also yours"... and kramer looks around the
appartment going: "hm.... really?"

LOL, that was so great :-p
I guess he took that literally... ;-)

yeah, that lines funny but thats actually one of my least
favorite episodes.
another funny thing is georges answering machine.
"believe it or not, george isn't at home, so leave a message
at the beep. i must be out or id pick up the phone, where
could i be? believe it or not im not home."
i need that on mp3.

haha yeah. Jerry:"You cant take 1\4 of a fruit or half a can
of pop, you have to pay for the whole thing!" "Heres your
tab" Kramer: "well i cant pay for that."

the last episode of seinfeld was a big dissapointment
though..

I also HATED those special anniversary shows where they just
showed clips from the past 100 episodes...

grrr, if you wanna celebrate properly make an extra funny
100th episode or something! it really pissed me of that they
just put all those random clips behind each other

its great too when george suggests that someone name there
child seven, and then jerry responds
Seven? Yeah, I guess I could see it. Seven. Seven periods of
school, seven beatings a day. Roughly seven stitches a
beating, and eventually seven years to life. Yeah, you're
doing that child quite a service.
