i think ive found the answer to my live performing problem

its called "live" and you can trigger off loops and do
effects (vst supported) all live, with no loading junk. Made
for on the spot mixes

so like, i make some core samples/loops

then i just fit em together live, and tweak with em

sound good?

coolest-looking MIDI control i've ever laid my eyes upon.

hmm... didn't see a price anywhere, though... how much do
you think it costs?

be a cheap bastard like me and download it off soulseek!

i would write my tracks in Reason 2, eLogic, exs24
softsampler and csound...

but for live shows, id export the loops/samples to
individual tracks, so i could mix them at will any way i
like, and do real time effects with Live, controlled by the
midi controller

*convulses*

do what i do: take out a loan for school, ask for a few
thousand $ over... then spend it on yourself, and worry
about paying it back later when you have a good-paying job!
