...the Sega Genesis/Megadrive system? They were really
cool. Sonic the Hedgehog was a huge favourite of mine, same
as Toejam and Earl (hence my username). Anybody else agree??

The Genesis IS the Megadrive babe!
Is just that online...you can ocly find emulators and roms
based around the name Genesis so I accept that name when
speaking online about 'em!

Sorry Tessy 8o)

You cant beat the Genesis/Megadrive for action games such as
Gynoug and Splatterhouse 3....but the Snes ruled for
Platform and RPG games (though the Megadrive had it's fair
share with the likes of Phantasy Star 1-4 and Pirates
Gold).
I still reckon the best system of all time though was the
C64.....

The ZX Spectrum was the machine to have; 3 hours to load a
game only for it to crash just before it starts.

As for Arcade games....does anyone remember a platform game
set in a Mummy's tomb and your character had to find a sword
but he had a gun to shoot the enemy but the level was only
finishible by getting the sword!!!
