Read-on for news from the promoter on the All Tomorrow's
Parties UK festival (curated by Autechre).

ATP UK next year with Autechre has switched to one weekend
only - (not because we can't pull two off), because everyone
has agreed they will feel more comfortable that way or as
Autechre said, it will be more focused.

Now the new date is April 4-6th 2003 - anyone who bought
tickets for the first advertised weekend (March 28-30 2003)
can claim a refund from point of purchase or swap them for
April 4-6th. But as its only one weekend now - I don't think
people should take too long as we are getting enquiries
every day about this.

Confirmed so far is as follows .. with shit loads more
coming ....... this is just a first taster as we're working
on other stuff that I am confident will happen.

Ok here goes:

Finally, you will be able to see how many people there are
in gescom.

BTW, a nice line-up and I guess they'll shoe in some more
"mainstream" acts like Sonic Youth or something (I mean,
with JO'R around it's almost bound to happen), I'm happy for
you, the brits. Pita's new album Kicks ass, and The hip-hop
acts are extremely hot too.

"Tickets are 110.00 per person available from this website
and include 3 nights accommodation with private bathroom,
private bedrooms, a bar until dawn, entry to all the live
music and club nights as well as the free ATP gift we give
you every year and a TV channel programmed by
Autechre."....

from their site...

seems pretty cheap compared to something like Glasto tho...

Haven't got the money myself at the moment & I really hate
having to play that far in advance for something...hopefully
they won't sell out too quicky...

How much was Glasto this year?...I guess it must have been
close to £100 so yeah, 110 for 3 days, plus what sounds
like decent accomdation & facilities, does seem pretty
fair...

And how often are you gonna get a chance to see that line-up
in one place?...
