Helpful hint #1: If you have a bunch of mp3's in a folder, and want them to play in proper order when you play them in winamp, and you dont have to use playlist-file to do that. Here is how:
First you go in the folder, then you mark all the files (this only works if you have used a smart filename on your songs i.e. "artist - album - track - title"). Now you drag all your files to a location other than the folder your in, but remember; drag the files by the first track. Now you simply drag the files bag in your folder again. If you go back one folder now, and then right-click and choose 'Play in Winamp' the files will be played in the right order - simple as that =D

Helpful hint #2: When mastering your songs, the problem about volume allways comes up, here is how to make all your songs have the right volume:
Download the program called Audiograbber to "normalize" your tracks. The standard volume is 90~95%

Click on a folder, click properties, check ''hidden'', then set the folder options to that it doesn't display hidden files or folders. This should aid in the hiding of pornography. And you can't use the ''Find'' program to search for files in a hidden folder. Yippee ki-yay.

If you've been surfing on some sites and you want to clear history.
Right click on the toolbar Properties -> Advanced -> Click clear button
But the problem is that that doesn't erase the URL list in IE on my desktop. I can't explain it on my laptop it works fine.
If you have this problem do this Start > Run > Type regedit ENTER
Then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Typed URLs
and delete the URLs in the list.
Be very careful with regedit though, you could screw up your whole computer.

This site is pretty useful for computer related shit. Think I found it by reading one of Jand's posts.
