it's been aired in the UK too so i would assume it's a
worldwide advertising campaign...

Yeah, I seen that ad on Sunday night and then spent the rest
of the week taping all the commercial breaks to get it on
tape :) On Thursday night it was shown during Millennium on
Channel 7 so I now have it on tape =)

princo in the uk channel four (a free terrestial channel)
has used BoC and AE to advertise up and coming programs...i
haven't been watching much TV as of late but i think they're
still being used

this is why i really respect BoC -- their commitment to
soundtracking commercials for cars that are aimed for
well-off businessmen and status-driven office workers --
your average IDM fan in fact! great news

yeah, I'm sure that's their 'aim', when they're making
music

?

In that case rdj must be committed to making music that will
keep kids off drugs and instead investing in the bank of
america and buying perelli tires then, right?

It's just an advertisment, it's not like they're making
music for the soul purpose of being in commercials, but they
have to make money somehow you know

The BBC used "Tha" to advertise the Commonwealth games
trials. Hopefully they'll keep the Aphex theme going in the
games themselves. "Come on you Slags" as background music to
the ladies marathon springs to mind, or maybe not.

yes, Raoul Duke, you're right -- the days of having
principles are long gone. Why have integrity when you can
have money? I for one look forward to the day I am
assimilated into society as a good citizen driving a BMW
(which i bought because BoC really bumped up their
credibility), depositing my well-earned bucks into the Bank
Of America (who really care about people)

TV adverts are like the graveyard of my respect for the
so-called alternative comedians . The walk-of shame for
one-time mavericks who once said they'd never sell out....
Paul "we have the right phones 4U" Merton.

Billy "Don't live a little ; live a LOTTO!" Connolly.
Thats the working mans spirit eh Billy ? Pin your
hard-earned crust on the desperate possibility of solving
your woes and debts ; filling the pockets of fat-arsed
cowboys who run the "Not for profit" lottery for £500,000
p/a personal .

But sure, Billy has to earn his next sportscar somehow.

Well I'll be, heh. hello. Just noticed the location thingy
in the message titles. Shows how much I pay attention... :)

I took a look at the CC site and couldn't find a reference
for the BMW ad, is it mentioned anywhere else?
