I just drink the juice of 4 or 5 fruits and a small glass of
aloe vera in the morning. And never forget the fucking
vegetables at dinner too. Then a whole lot of vodka on
saturday nights...

What's wrong with scraping carrots before you eat them?
What's wrong with cooking vegetables? (Just drink the pot
liquor) Why would you want to eat a raw artichoke? White
bread isn't good for you, and where I shop, half a loaf
from the bakery would be ridiculously too much bread.

Don't know about artichoke, but just because something is a
vegetable doesn't mean it's magically healthy. Some raw
vegetables are toxic and absolutely need to be
cooked, otherwise they'll make you DIE.

And of course there are some that will not be as nutritious
as if they were cooked, and some that will give you hella
flatulence.

I ate a cherimoya this morning, it tasted funny, maybe it
was not ripe enough

I'm quite positively sure that raw artichoke must be really
nasty for your stomach...
