it's the m-audio firewire410. it's not the best thing in the world, as it has a tendency to randomly drop out and it can clip quite violently if overdriven. not recommended unless you can get it for little moneys. i have a presonus firebox which is my main recording device and it's super. i had some issues with conflicting samplerates, but it was just me being stupid. it might also be worth checking out the native instruments audio8 or 4, mainly cause i haven't had a single problem with mine, but the fact that it's primarily a dj-soundcard it has rca's and i dont have to mess about with rca-to-jack adapters and cables. hope you can make som sense out of this. |

@ vlari - yeah, thanks for that... bit odd that it clips out randomly.. should be able to cope what with it bein firewire an' all... I'm deciding between an M-Audio one, a Cakewalk one and a Foocusright one... ta! |
