cheerios are cool but its funny how cereals are generally considered the healthy choice, i mean coco pops basically turns your milk into a chocolate milkshake

My mate is really in to those lucky charms but they make me fell sick when I eat them. Do Americans put sugar in their milk? I mean before you buy it has it already had sugar added to it? This cereal and jam thing, is that jam as a substitute to milk or as well as?

only add sugar if it doesn't already have it, for instance grape nuts yes, lucky charms no.

nah, you still add milk. it's just like adding some pieces of fruit to your cereal like it always shows on the box, but it gets better distributed.
and yes, only add sugar if it needs it. lucky charms is pretty much out of the game either way... blue milk weirds me out.

are we on the same wavelength?
if i understand this correctly, you take a bowl of cereal, pour milk on it, then add jam? thats not a smoothie? i will put jam in my frosted flakes tomorrow and photograph it so we know where we are.

jelly = fruit + sugar fruit + sugar + milk (+ yogurt) = smoothie and you seemed so much more appalled at cereal + jelly when you add the milk i figured that was where your disgust lay.

ew, really? just another reason to avoid skim milk. on the rare occasion i actually do buy milk, i wanna get it for its rich, creaminess. trader joe's non-homogenized cream top milk is dank.
