i'm thinking about moving out of the city to the windsor
bay-st apartments. It has everything i need shopping, cinema
& great dinning all within convenient walking distance. Can
you imagine lounging poolside and deciding that you want to
grab some upscale cuisine at p.f changs or california pizza
kitchen or maybe you'd rather see a movie. Take a look it's
the future!

have just learned that my future home is located atop a
indian burial ground & that within the mall complex is a
small museum that pays homage to this rich cultural history.
man this place keeps getting better and better.

Bay Street Historic Shellmound District

"Bay Street Emeryville celebrates the rich cultural and
natural history of this site through a contemplative
historical park"

This came in email from neighbor on Sunday.

hi neighbors,
last night i heard LOTS of what sounded like shots at 10 pm
(i counted almost 30!). i called 911 and saw other neighbors
outside looking to see what was happening.
this just came in on the police blotter...must be the same
incident? is the 1100 block 2 blocks down from us?

December 27, 2009-Shooting into a house-10pm-1100 blk of
#########-CN#091316115:

Officer Lee and Officer Macias responded to ######### St on
a call of“shots fired”. Officers spoke to the reportee
who stated that he was
seated in his living room when he heard numerous gun shots
coming from outside his house. He further told officers
that during the shooting he heard his lamp break.
Immediately after the shooting, he noticed bullet holes in
his window and his wall and that he heard cars screeching
from the area. Officers spoke to other witnesses who told
the same story. Officers collected the spent casings and
bullet fragments embedded in the wall. No one was injured
during the shooting. Members of the Gang Task Force
responded and took over the on-going investigation.

he could barely even tie his own shoes.

this winter has been bitter and annoying to drive through.
