The fucking pencil used to point at stuff doesn't point directly at the pencil's tip. They said 'fuck the convention of having the scroll bar and window close window icon etc on the right, let's put it on the left lol' Good luck figuring out how to do any simple thing, such as copying and pasting something. Chances are you have to hold alt + shift + up + 'd' + scroll the mouse wheel simultaneously. But that won't work until you get out of 'ghost mode' and 'mute mode' and 'you can't enter notes in this mode' mode. To set all those modes correctly you probably have to navigate a fractal of menus 767 layers deep. About 7/8ths of everything is unusable limited demo versions. So say you somehow manage to make something.. oops you used crappy nigger phaser X P3, that is demo, so you can't save sorrty. Oh sorry we forgot to tell you it was demo. Which ones are demo? I don't know, just guess! You apparently have to work with parts in isolation. Like say I want to copy the first 3 rows of the entire song and paste somewhere else, no sorry, those rows are on 7 separate file things. Good luck organizing that. It makes this fucking fag ass SSSHWEEEP sound every time you start the program. Damned if I know how to turn that off. That alone makes me hate it. Plus it all looks likes ass. The vocoder... try to use this without looking at a tutorial for 5 hours. Then try to use it again a week later and see if you remember. Its fucking called 'fruity loops' I don't think its a music program. I'm not really sure what the hell it does to be honest. Maybe people just use it to study bloatware. Why don't they put that damn notes on the piano keys?? Is it that hard to write c,d,e,f,g,etc. Y ou have a mouse and you would think that clicking and dragging would, like, select stuff. I havn't used it in awhile so forgot lots of other reasons I hate it. |

wmw most of your rants are not real like the pen point on the tip works as intended and the x and scroll bars are on the right. the ssheepp is gone now there's a bip that you can mute anyways. the file thing is the division in patterns, I guess, well that is a feature really: you can do it on 1 bigass pattern if you like that way. The copy/pasting is as simple as Ctrl C/Ctril V.The basic vocoder is a simple mono vocoder so accepts carrier and modulator inputs on left and right channels, the rest is parameters tweaking. There's a new vocoder named vocodex that is supposedly better than that but it's really heavy cpu wise so no idea of how does it work. There are notes on the piano roll on the left you can chose between piano keys and note names, I'm not sure what would you like to be but it's not bad as it is. The modes, hmm, there's basically 2 modes pattern mode and song mode, the first loop the pattern you're using, the song mode sequence the pattern layered in the playlist. the other modes are there to help, nothing more, like you can use ghost notes to see notes every channel for the pattern you're using. It's called fruity loops, when it was launched it was marketed as an alternative to rebirth and had no piano roll. The concept around is built is modularity, the interface is modular, you put whatever you like wherever you like. It was a shitty sequencer compared to cubase or protools but the developers put effort into it adding what it lacked to be uptodate, it's not the best sotware outthere and it's not the cheapest, but it's not the worst too. I'm not here to defend a piece of software, I use it, I find it intuitive because I know the interface pretty well, and I can play my shitty tunes on it. But I need synthmaker dashboard for alpha juno 1 that is downloadable via content manager. I haven't access to it, can you help me isnieZnot? |
