I'm having doubts as to whether Federer can even make it to the roland garros final again, but man was Nadal focused and strong today. Federer looked bored at times. Nadal still trails by quite a few major (grand slam) titles though, i still think Federer is the more complete player. Will Federer ever manage a grand slam (all 4 majors in a row)? i doubt it. Shame. I doubt he'll ever manage to win the french open as long as Nadal is along the way. |

their rivalry is one of the greatest examples for everybody they respect eachother so much... its beautiful on the other hand its clear that surface is so important between them clay: nadal leads 10-1 other surfaces: federer leads 5-1 |

If Federer can get away with being pretentious (some would say he has earned the right), then Murray can get away with it too assuming he can win a slam. Problem is he's been pretentious before his time. Easy match for Federer next... final for him is a given. Would like Henin to win the womans final. |

nadal plays like a rampaging buffalo. he'll destroy his knees in no time if he continues to run around like he does. federer has grace and technique and rarely breaks a sweat. i don't think federer will lose the number one spot in a few years. if i had to bet on the next number one it'd be del potro. that man is already a beast. |
