check out oliver de coque and ikenga super stars of africa. god bless the people who are making the impossible to find but impossibly great music from nigeria in the seventies. there is an insane wealth of african goodness found here: for something contemporary i really liked the recent album by kasai allstars, i think i linked that before. |
