Shit ; i've just ordered "first come, first served" by Dr Dooom on caiman (amazon) and i've received a mail telling that this album has been send to me... but not on CD : ON CASSETTE !!! So i returned to the website of amazon where it's written "CD". I've ordered many things on amazon, it's my first problem ! I hope it'll be solved. Oh yes... i paid this fucking awesome album 6€OO... |

caiman is not really amazon, amazon are just relaying the transaction between you and caiman... : | they have their own by the way. if you want to contact someone for this issue you'd have to contact them instead of amazon. i don't know, dariusgriffin told me he ordered many times from them and never had any problems... i recently tried because i wanted some tzadik records and tzadik's prices are really excessive, half-price on caiman - haven't received them yet but the first one of the two has been sent (you have to be a little bit patient when it comes from usa, can be a dozen of days or several months). |

I've ordered stuff from caiman too, never had a problem. just mail caiman - because you bought through amazon you have all kinds of guarantees, you should be able to cancel the order and get a full refund without any problem. |
