hm, this topic was repeated so often, but much has changed
in p2p. kazaa 2 is out, so is winmx 3.3. what are your
favourite filesharing-softs? mine are
1. Soulseek (must have)
2. Kazaalite (it has all the ads which has the normal kazaa
version, but it's really good)
3. WinMx

lopster is my favorite - for opennap. Has the most
features of any client I've used.

winmx has a lot of material, a lot of leeches and a
lot of queues. winmx sucks donkey balls but I still use it.

shareaza is for gnutella. The best looking client with
tons of great features. Just wish it wasn't based on the
crappy gnutella network.

I won't touch kazaa with a 10 foot bargepole.

kazaa is good for movies, programs. i use it except for
these. kazaa is shit for mp3. but it is full of holes, i
don't need to activate my firewall and kazaa.

I use Audiognome for all my p2p needs, but I usually just
stay on Inverted Whales server. Soulseek comes in second on
my list simply because it likes to restart my computer at
random times. I'll be downloading and BAM! My computer
just restarts. It really pisses me off. Winmx just freezes
it up after 5 min...

you can't find everything you want with it, but it's still
quite good. :)

there's also a clon of soulseek which is said to work under
osX (kinda), but i don't know how it works.

os9.2 after getting my new computer...osX has so many
