ive contacted "The Roxy" where it is being held, and they say its happening. Also, ticketweb has sold tickets for it, and I have bought 2. So im pretty sure its happening |

i've been suspect of that fool from the get-go, and i've told him so. just cos he got the roxy to buy his hype doesn't mean the show is happening. that's why i said, his opening act better not mind getting their assed beaten down when he has to announce that RDJ isn't coming. |

i am a - how do you say it in glasgow - a "nutbar" but i produce many excellent events in nyc! and it is better for the fans that we use TICKETWEB & TICKETMASTER because i do not get any money until after the event happens, so if it does not happen, then the kids only lose the handling fees! but it is happening! |

i think this guy is off his rocker... in one of the posts I told him to shut up, cause he kept posting the AFX info over and over... then i got an email from him, saying how he doesnt appriciate being told to shut up and blah blah. I deleted it, blocked him, and didnt reply. He seems scary to me. Also, i talked to him on the phone when I was trying to make the show 18+, and he talks very strange. anyways... yeah im pissed |

just for info, I recieved this email from andydeer after I posted... "yo, this is andy deer. i would like to know where/why you have info. saying this event is not happening! i would like to speak with you! you can call me at my office 12-5pm (ny time) mon-fri. or send me you # and i will call you! thanks andy deer\unity productions llc" to which I replied this morning... "andy.... It's on http://www.rephlex.com (the label AFX owns) and I quote... "APHEX TWIN IS NOT APPEARING AT THE ROXY IN NYC: do not be conned by the false claims that he is" .... Can you either email me or post on the board the process where people go for their money back... jand j@g3rm.org" haven't got anything back yet... I've also just registed on these guys board and posted pretty much the same with a request for info on obtaining refunds.... Also I just noticed that TICKETWEB are still selling tickets for this (Haven't checked TICKETMASTER but I imagine it's the same) so they might be your best route for refunds... If anyone hears anything can they pls post here.... |

if u goto the rephlex site it no longer has the message about afx not playing in nyc.. i mean wouldnt they leave it up until they stop selling tickets for the show? now u say it might be a trick either way the spposed show isnt till november i will wait and see.. and not buy a ticket until this is worked out.. but i still believe that its fake as much as i hope its real lol |
