Good for you, Ref...so glad you've turned things around in
your life; was a little worried about you for a while...

Anyways, I'm a Techincal Officer/Web
Designer/Programmer....in a local college...

Used to work for loads of high class places...The Financial
Times, Guardian, etc etc etc...freelance stuff so it was
like £25 an hour ($40 USD???)...and I got to choose my own
hours...

Could earn a ton if I could be bother to join the rat-race
but I don't believe in all the yuppie blood than runs in the
veins of people nowadays....I don't wanna get infected...

and I like the funky world of working with academics;
industry always treats money as the be all & end all of
everything...I'm happy to work in education where at least
you feel you're doing some good in the world...however
small...

:D

let me know when you do!

I used to be into art alot as well...

in middle school I wanted to be a comic book artist when I
grew up (I know.. not exactly monet!)

I taught my self to draw. Then in highschool I took several
art classes, and learned to use paint.

Its a very fun thing to do!

However, Im much more interested in music now, and I dont
think Ive really drawn/painted anything in 2 years... :S

i DID sell ONE picture one time! :D

50 smackers!

Right now I work at a crummy bookstore peddling worthless
crap to ugly people -- Some day soon a chariot of fire will
sweep me up and carry me off to Rhode Island where I'll be
attending college at RISD for children's illustration and
animation.. A life-long passion I'll be pursuring. I'd
also like work for Big Blue Box eventually... Ever heard of
them? They're a faction of Peter Molyneux's Lionhead(the
developer that conceived and gave birth to the critically
acclaimed Black & White). Take a look at their current
endeavor(tentatively titled 'Project Ego') here :

I have two jobs, 1 a freelance designer, (just getting into
this as a job, I worked for a few friends for free, then
more work came in from that, and i'm busy now)

I also work in a wine shop... Handy coz I get very cheap
booze and lots of freebies. Yeah! Customers are annoying
though and there are loads of shoplifters around at the
moment, which is a pain in the arse.

Im a mailman......dogs hate me!!
I thought that dogs chasing mailmen was just a rumour or
something you only see in cartons etc. but its true.
They feel threatened (sp?) or something when a strange guy
on a bike sneaks around on their turf and put strange things
in baskets.
Cats ignore me though , cats are way cooler then
dogs....dogs are stupid!!!

btw congrats REFLEX.
Working in security seems to be a nice job , i know a girl
who worked as a guard at a museum , half the time she didn't
do shit! just walking around talking to people about the
weather , reading books , explaining where the toilets are
to old people.
The only thing that seemed to be a hassle was all the alarms
that constantly went of.
Where will you be working?

but in fact it is difficult for me .
plus i don't know what i want to do
through a job.

im working sales division as a part time
job not an employee now.
i think i have to work as employee someday.but i can't find
it .....have to do
it for life.

well ...
recently i think there is nothing for
it but to compromise for job...
i mean working for life not dream..

I'm a ''decon tech''... I basically keep ambulances up to
snuff, make sure all the supplies are in it and ready to go.
I also wash them sometimes. Not a bad job at all, I even get
to drive the fuckers around town and play with their sirens
and GPS. I'm going to back to college in a week, but I'm
keeping this job part time.

the last day o my previous job I posted big signs on the
bulletin boards in all the men's rooms saying that according
to new company policy, they would no longer offer their
services to white people, sorry for the inconvenience.
Apparently security was looking for me about a half hour
later.. but I was gone! Mwaha! I smite thee.
Anyway, that's the story of how I saved christmas.
