I was going to order the gantz graf DVD this afternoon and saw a 2nd edition of minidisc advertised on Warpmart...but when I came home to order, it was gone!!! what the fuck?? where did it go!? |

Ah, THAT's what he said, I see.. Hmm, I think he got it wrong, he probably just imagined something. The fukking thing has been out for like ten days. Surely, not even Jacko Wacko manages to have a second edition 10 days after the first one. |

I just found it at another site for 15 USD. that's significantly cheaper than warp's asking price (I think it was 16 GBP). it's the second edition of minidisc. it says the same stuff as it does for the first one, except it appears to have an orange and black colour scheme versus the black and white of the original. oh by the way, this has nothing to do with gantz graf. I just saw it advertised on the gantz graf page at warpmart. it could have been my imagination but I am almost completely sure I saw it. |

the sounds are short, i don't heard it at all, it's system for shuffling and looping tracks, right ? so each track isn't a whole track, right ? just short soundcuts... or i'm wrong ? |

Yeah, it's supposed to be played on shuffle play and to have a new album every time you listen to it. Conceptual thing, no less. But anyway, the sounds are nice and whatever combination you use, it's kinda nice. |

there's some really emotional stuff on there. and it's a great concept release. lastly, the samples are cool and I will probably steal some. :) |

i just never realized the idea, i have to listen to all sounds, it's not hard to imagine how that could sound if you let it play in shuffle, very interesting and a great idea... |

ahh this is good stuff. finally got it a couple days ago. it's a lot more playful than any Autechre release; I think it's already my favourite Booth/Brown production. |
