Which type of music do you think is more creative/original? I judt want some opinions, cause I got a dozen or so tracks that were aided by samples that are ages old, though that has nothing to do with the topic I don't think...

I just realized that my last message makes no sense..
I like it when people will take a sample of something really small and make a beat out of samples. Like Matmos type stuff. I don't really know what I'm talking about, but I've always liked that.

I won't use samples of someone elses stuff anymore. I make my own. It makes me proud sometimes...not really...

i like using samples to give my music some sort of thematic content...even if i alter them so much you cant tell what they are...
