i just did a search on "difranco" and to my surprise only
one topic came up. i just wanted to say that she's an
incredibly talented singer/songwriter/musician and people
should check out her songs. lyrically she's incredibly deep
and very clever. i added a quote from one of her songs
("outta me, onto you") to my profile because i really
appreciate her wit, as well as her political and
philosophical lyrics. she has a weird voice but don't let it
put you off, it'll probably grow on you.

i like ani's lyrics, but haven't actually listened to her
yet :-o

Someone who's trying to convince me i should showed me lots
of her lyrics, so... ;-)

But there are so many cd's i want! i don't have enough money
to buy them all (or enough time to listen to 'em properly
:-p)

i do not know what ani looks like actually. Usually i like
piercings but i hate dreads :-p

and don't feel like an idiot electro, we all make mistakes.
And i do like those songs on the soundtrack (my lil brother
has that cd).
