All the cds I've bought from 2002 have been amazing!!

Boards of Canada - Geogaddi
DJ Shadow - The Private Press
Plaid - P-Brane
The Doves - The Last Broadcast
The Anti-Pop Consortium - Arrhythmia
Cinematic Orchestra - Every Day

and that's about it... it's been a good year so far, and
there's lots more goodies to come apparently!!

that it is... I can't wait for new BoC, or at least a
re-release of twoism, and the new Coldplay, I can't wait for
that!!

2002 has been an awful year, I want to strangle it.

Even musically... I haven't been too blown away by too many
albums this year...

2001 had Confield, Toxicity, Drukqs, Go Plastic... and while
The Private Press and Geogaddi are fucking awesome, among
others... I just think Drukqs and Confield ALONE obliterate
everyone. I liked 2001.

i've got "there goes the fear" and "Pounding" sound fucking
great, what about the rest of it?

I like it a lot man... if you like the brit-pop music by the
likes of Coldplay and Travis, you should like this... it's
really really good... very dense sound... I really love the
production on this album...

BTW: Ophecks, you really should check out this album... You
love Travis and them, so I think you'd love this album...

Oh yeah, I've been meaning to check it out. I've got a lot
on my mind, keep forgetting. But, yeah, I like Coldplay, I
(gasp) bought their last CD, Parachutes!

Fuck, I misunderstood you. What a dumbass I am.

I've been meaning to check out the Doves, too.

yeah, it is different... this album The Last Broadcast is a
much fuller sound, and is denser then Coldplay and Travis...
it's different and unique, but is clearly Brit-pop if you
get my drift... But hey, if you like There Goes the Fear,
and Pounding I think you'll like it all...

Its just that in Scotland, Travis get hailed as a bunch of
fucking kings and you get so tired of seeing Fran Healy's
big smiling face everywhere you go...

I have the last two travis albums, and I really like maybe
half of the songs... Coldplay and The Doves are much
better...
