Would you consider it unwise for an artist to upload tracks there? If an artist removes all their tracks, does mp3.com lose any control over them? no search results for welk-eff... or welk or -eff |

Being sued - they haven't won/lost yet. so there'd probably won't be no changes yet. as far as i know, if you take it off mp3.com your tracks should be free from mp3.com or whatever. |

I have 4 fairly new tracks at mp3.com/snarkle and 1 currently being "approved". None of it is as creative as www.mp3.com/dannn. You should download that first (low fi's don't sound too good with this) It's an awesome free cd basically, as good as otto von schirach 8000 bc. |

Mp3.com is still online, but they will loser...there's more of a defense from the Recording Industry Association of America(RIAA) Mp3.com also sued the RIAA for interferring in their business, but that also was a lose because what the RIAA is specifically go after online operations like Napster and stop from distributing music without the consent of either the record label or the artist itself |
