i was replaying some random tracks off albums i dont listen to much anymore, simply coz they are songs that i cant remember how they go....and i rediscovered some great stuff, especially paco and amendia2 by µziq...i never noticed how good they are before because they dont really go with the rest of the album....usually for me i listen to an album all the way through and if a song doesnt 'fit in' then i think its bad (i dont know why i duz it, i jus duz it)...but yesterday i heard those songs by themselves, without the surrounding songs and they were great! im gonna go sniffing through all my releases now for crap songs that may turn out to be great after all, and recommend u do the same.... this post has no real point, except to share my happyness with you.... |

I only started listening to µ-ziq's stuff recently, and I am not all that impressed. A lot of what I heard are mild variations on old drum and bass production techniques. I like some of his stuff though. A couple of the tracks off Lunatic Harness has had me searching though my old d'n'b stuff. |
