Does anyone know any good songs that are along the line of say Midnight Sonata or Pachelbel's Cannon? Those slow type songs. Another good example is Landscapes by John Cage...if you're familiar with that. Any suggestions?

if you like those type of slower songs you may like Adagio's ....they are slower more haunting classical pieces.
on of my all time favourites....you should try d/ling it IMMEdiately if not sooner is
Tomaso Albinoni Adagio in G minor for strings !!!!

don't forget samuel barber's adadio for strings, i couldn't believe you had never heard that piece before. i hope you've listened to it in the last few months.
reading this thread makes me think of "mozart's ghost" from the sandra bullock "thriller" the net
