nope, a worker. this reminds me im reading the news and it seems there has been a car bomb in mogadishu on yesterday with 8 deads, by the same group the man arrested in my street belonged to. i have been hanging out with eritrean and somalian people when i was young, mostly posing as hip hop scene, not around the place im living now, and only one of them once let himself go with osama kind of clownish support, the same as an uncle once would display. same guy who sold me my first spliff (charas, was destroyed til the next day and feared i didnt back normal), only to meet him ages later with some kind of burnout after coming back from london and saying he had cooled down, with the same eye of will smith in aladdin. |

ok, done. i want to be clear: i know this is a perhaps a serious thing you wrote about, and i do not mean any disrespect. the way you've written it, however, is amazingly awesome. while i suspect it was not deliberate, i would actually prefer it if it was. i'll throw you a few examples: "a night he was high on spirits" there are three things going on here, in a beautiful inseparable tangle: - to be in "high spirits" means to be be energetically happy; exuberant. - to be "high on" something means to be on a drug. "high on weed" but it can also extend to non-drug -- "high on life" - spirits, while not commonly used this way in modern english, still clearly carries a second meaning of "liquor" i suspect you mean he was drunk. your meaning is clear. however, the way you've said it has so much going on. the difference between a ballad and an orchestra "line stepper" you've taken the idiom "step over the line" and condensed it into a two-word phrase that sounds like some chav track with donks, and i love it. oh, yes, also -- now i can hear in my hed what the track "line stepper" would sound like. the intro, at least. i could do it in milkytracker sometimes the name comes before the song. like . it was 2004 or something, i was stoned out of my gourd, and i think: clavinova carbomb. immediately what i see is a clavinova -- a high-test digital piano build by yamaha -- exploding in a bloom of fire. like, a carbomb, except it's rigged to a certain note on the clavinova, or something. the clavinova explodes. then it reverses. then it explodes. then it reverses i fired up my music software, and promptly got nowhere. i tried again. i got nowhere. in 2010 or so, i re-watched Casino (1995). the opening scene with de niro's car bomb exploding re-opened up the file in my brain. i extracted the audio from Casio (1995). i'd gotten better at music, and it came together over the course of a few hours. track names can take a while to cultivate into trax |

ok, after a think, i know now. i remember working on the final version and it was a bit iffy trying to mix the outro into the house organ of whatever iconic 60s song that's playing. having to kind of bodge that aspect of the sample in. at this point, i think: ok, yes. i just bashed out the piano implode/explode immediately, but then i got stuck. then i re-watched Casino (1995) six months later and realized i had the missing part |

it doesnt come out quite right, you have to tune that preset called 'arcadipane' to sound good doing all the tones and with the beat and with the background pad too. it was a quick arrangement considering the expectations i have lately |
