my weekend is just vanishing before my eyes, perception of
time is so different as you age, depends on what your doing
though, when I'm reading it goes very very fast because I'm
unaware of my surroundings, same with listening to music.

Time only drags when your in a situation you don't want to
be in

the perception of time is a much bigger effect than
relativity which doesn't general come into effect as we all
travel at the same speeds more or less

I have, for the third and ideally final time, stopped
drinking. It's only Day 4, but considering I have drunk
heavily every single day for at least the last 4 years, it
is progress. I am going for runs, eating better, drinking,
hey, water, being calm, recognising unhelpful thoughts and
letting them say their piece then allow them to leave, and
enjoying feeling rather than dampening everything down with
vile smelling cheap booze. I am living/enjoying the moment
and hopeful for the future.

2018 will see a more considered, reflective, less
judgemental SignedUpToLol. An ally, rather than an
incontinent, toothless, elderly attack dog. I hope to make
you proud of me, and in turn, I hope to add sparkle, rather
than fizzy piss, to the lives of others.

Cheers! *raises pint of Lime & Soda*

yes stopping boozing is vital, keep at it. The
physical/mental difference from when my brother stopped
drinking half a bottle of vodka a night was remarkable.

I love greek food, Mediterranean food really is the best I
have no problem saying, just fantastic. I went to an Italian
restaurant this week, I had a 14th century style Tuscan
salad, was well nice

i'm alright thanks, getting fewer internal voice arguments
lately and the visuals have pretty much subsided so i guess
that's good, the meds are doing their job. got a way of just
repeating things to myself (again internally) to block out
voices and letting "real" thoughts percolate underneath in
non-language stuff. hard to explain but it seems to work.

and dan, glad yr doing well with the booze or lack thereof,
i'm guessing the physical withdrawal is mostly over by now
so stay well and all that, you're over the biggest hump.
time will be going agonisingly slowly but you learn to
appreciate music, films, books, etc without the drink
turning you into a sloppy caricature with maudlin opinions
out of a bottle. which is a bonus along with feeling like a
functioning human in the morning. sobriety is forced on me
at the moment but i'm glad it is, alkytimes are just
depressing after a while

oh yeah, i forgot you go on explores.

he has a text to speech thing the past few explores.

So people can text him live as he walks and steven hawkins
girl friend speaks to him. but there are trolls that mess it
up big time.

so it needs a filter program sorting.
