yeah the reason they didn't add 10 cms of shielding is that

it would have made the rocket so heavy it wouldn't have been

able to take off, there was a dangerous amount of radiation

that they had to fly through, but they would have had to
have been exposed to it over a certain length of time to
have noticeable effects, when your trying to be the first
country on the moon during the cold war these things are
secondary considerations, what I don't know about is how
they avoided the solar flares while on the surface, or the
sun in general I haven't looked into that

well they say there is a huge rocket under the seat of the
LM

but there is no rocket sound , the light noise is radio
transmission noise.

most of the noise of the rocket would have been projected
into the vaccum of space, which has no air to transmit
sound. I will look into this to get a definite answer,

The rocket was attached to the LM (luna module) the vacuum
outside would not stop the vibrations traveling into the
cockpit which was full of air.

The moon temperature goes up to around 250 degrees C, as
does your oven. It's not a difficult temperature to
widthstand using simple technology let alone soace suits,
your kitchen isnt burning down. They also timed the landings
to be on lunar dawns so it didn't get that hot.

listen to the noise as it comes to land, and after rocket /
engines stop.

it is - 200 in the shade

and + 200 in the sun.

the camera film might not like the changes though and the
radiation..

The longest moonwalk was 7 hoursish, i dont think any of
them were at night so cold was less of an issue for the
suits.

yeah this is why having a magnetic core for the earth is so
important to deflect energetic particles, I think that's one
reason venus is such a hellish place, the fact it doesn't
have a magnetic field means its atmosphere got
destroyed/transmuted

yes the issue with debating flat earth believers is that
they are that incredulous you could literally take them up
in a rocket ship and they probably wouldn't believe there
own eyes

by jeff bezos/john donahoe since they proved he's evil
enough to sabotage the economy already

Aaaaaah, the Ice Wall. That was the bit I didn’t
understand with their faith, now I get it.

I haven’t watched the whole video, can anyone help me out
regarding the side Underneath us? Is marcel of land
inhabited, or do they believe there’s no life because
there’s no water as is would fall into space?

What is a shame is that a vast percentage of these people
are trolling, us and the people who really believe this. The
true believers are quite fascinating though.

i would imagine launching the lunar module in california and
launching the lunar module on the moon are very different?
how does having no atmosphere effect something like this?

The Moon landers used Aerozine 50 (fuel) and dinitrogen
tetroxide (oxidizer) propellants, chosen for simplicity and
reliability; they ignite hypergolically –upon contact–
without the need for a spark. These propellants produce a
nearly transparent exhaust.[87] The same fuel was used by
the core of the American Titan rocket. The transparency of
their plumes is apparent in many launch photos. The plumes
of rocket engines fired in a vacuum spread out very quickly
as they leave the engine nozzle (see above), further
lessening their visibility. Finally, rocket engines often
run "rich" to slow internal corrosion. On Earth, the excess
fuel burns in contact with atmospheric oxygen. This cannot
happen in a vacuum

yes Russell the ice wall is a mad cap concept, it would be
kind of cool if it was real, the main issue with the flat
earth theory, apart from being patently false is that you
have to violate Occam's razor several times to make the
theory resemble something that could exist, and even then it
falls apart very quickly if you think about it for more than
5 seconds

Great little details in Kubrick films, why they are so
watchable, I think by 1980 he was probably aware of the
conspiracy surrounding himself and filming the moon
landings, so I reckon its him poking fun at the idea, like
when john lennon wrote I am the walrus, and glass onion for
a laugh
