It's been out for months! It's awkward to use but the
results are interesting.

this program is fantastic, great for making weird ambient
tunes out of instrumental recordings. Only a few complaints
about it so far like when you snap to a scale you can only
get it to snap when you try to move notes, it doesn't
'force' all the notes to a scale with a mouse click.
also in the demo video they showed that you can play a midi
keyboard to choose the new notes, almost like a crazy
futuristic vocoder effect. unfortunately not in the program
yet

Jivver: it's been so long since the '08 demo was worried
it'd become vaporware! For what it does it's not surprising
you need to molest it somewhat to get the best results

Jackeroffer and everyone else playing around with it~ lets
hear some before/after demos! Post em heere

Terrence: since it's just a demo i don't think its too
naughty to link so here ya go. You can only load the
first 10 seconds and no saving in the standalone but that
shouldn't stop ya.

As I said, it's been out for months! Don't confirm
Australian prejudices.

I used to check the celemony site regularly but then
eventually gave up. Have ya produced anything nice with it?
Lemme hear samples if you have some to share!

Jackeroffer: are you the guy that posted those ambientish
samples on watmm? If so...good stuff!

yes i am, here is it again if you want to listen. It was
using the demo when i made these recording, which is
actually quite functional (just a short loop which is why
you hear a clip periodically), you can't save anything in it
but if you have windows with a 'record what you hear'
function or like soundflower on OSX you can easily record
the audio from it. they aren t exactly before/after
examples but you can get an idea of the program's power.

big band strings turned into ambient pads
Sinbad's 7th voyage horn ensemble turned into ambient
