if you were mega-rich treat your staff like shit? i think i would. then once in a while i'd be nice, just for variety, but also so they'd think i'd just be eccentric so they wouldn't leave and i could abuse the same people over and over. which is more fun. |

No. I'd rather base my ego on being the best boss rather than being a dick boss. The best way to get things done is to create a culture where people fear not doing their best, rather than just fear the boss. Fearing the boss leads to shortcuts and people putting up quick numbers while the fundamental problems don't get solved. |

haha yeah, I understand that mentality, I'm just saying it's counter-productive from an employers standpoint. The employees would fear my wrath and therefore do their best to make sure I don't get angry at them. They'd cut corners, make everything look good while the real problems don't get solved. Ideally I'd want to set up a system that praised their effort and growth as my servants. That way, the only thing they would fear is not doing their personal best. You get so much more out of people that way. |

one reason people can't eat veggie food is causer they never feel full or totally satisfied ...not enough fat and salt. great thing is you can add the oil ( hemp is the best balance of omega 3 6 9 ) better than olive oil. its great. |
