2010.

what does everyone want from music this year? what specific
sounds or techniques do you want the musicians of 2010 to
use more or less of? what sound will define a new decade?

the spoons never get the respect..but they sound a bit

i think everything happened very quickly. there's a lot of
ideas that can be taken further. i mean id still be really
up for any 'idm' that touches the way window licker did.

i want autechre to make an album i can love.

i want boards of canada to release two albums, and aphex to
release one.

i want to make tunes of my own again that aren't shit

also, less of people sounding like other people and more of
people sounding like themselves... the return of glitchy
sounds (not dsp overload)... and a final agonising death for
shit dubstep.

Less melodic acid more breaks with catchy synth leads, funky
basslines, piano stabs and high pitch girl singing.

if we could get the sound back somewhere between melodic
acid tek and overindulgent machine wank.

remember tracks like ventolin, and then tracks like
eggshell?

A new venetian snares would be nice. I'm hoping he puts some
effort in different techniques, styles and beauty and than
his new album will be the best album of 2010.

That's really good. They'd fit in as one of the musical
turns if they remade The Young Ones.

Actually there was a local group called the shapes I
remember, cant find anything about them online though.
When I think of lesbian music I always think of this...It
should come with a health warning.
