That's partly the point of the game.

a boring game is not really a game

I could be bored of playing chess or football but it's still
a game.

I stuck with it until the end and liked it. I'm on a three
day ohangver and I'm reading The Atrocity Exhibition and
this only served to Bum Me Out further, but at the same time
I am thankful.

Sorry about that 8 (

It is a bit depressing, on the upside I've got 'In the loop'
to watch tonight!

How's everything else?

I've never heard of "The Atrocity Exhibition" before, sounds
like a good read.

I am so happy about "In the Loop", sweary comedy that is
both big and clever.

Everything else will be MANAGEABLE if I can get through the
last day of work tomorrow after today's shocking work's do.
I was horribly hungover from Saturday, I just levelled out
this morning only to go into a wine-fuelled luncheon
nosedive this afternoon. My current natural state is
Irascible and Headachey. Send me your goss to take the edge
of this relentless 8.30 - 6 nobbery.

This might be a nice bit of nostalgia and good things
doing well

I love the imagery but it's too often too close to the bone,
I don't know if it's best read during a hangover, or not. I
wouldn't take it on holiday. I like the way you can open it
and read passages at random such as "She stepped over the
shirtless body lying across the car seat and vomited on to
the oily sand
". It's not best read with a
hangover.

Ha, I like this. Took me a little while after having just
two steps left to figure out what they were. Classy game.

The "Don't Walk" sign that never changes, being able to hold
up the flow of traffic just to be a twat, the miles-long
corridor of cubicles where everyone is the same... This game
is more realistic than anything on x-box.

or was it a leaf

I think it was probably foil because it's unlikely that they
would have something as absurd as a leaf on a tree in a game
as realistic as this.

I didn't see the orange foil for ages until I thought 'F' =
find, "O" = on, "I" = it, "L" life. Then I smacked a cow on
the nose.

"Find on it life" sounds like a warning of what to
expect on the floor beneath my refrigerator.
