What do you think of this artist?

I just listened to Untitled 3 and it sounded chilled out and
relaxing, sure. There are worse chilled out songs that it.
But still, it just sounds like Ambient Rock music to me.
Kinda generic and cinematic in a bad sorta way. it has
nothing on BOC, for example.

I don't want to poo-poo everything that my friend says he
likes, cos it was him who suggested Sigur Ros. But I guess
that if I don't like it, I don't like it, huh?

I am not asking for my opinion to be given by someone else,
but just to be told whether you think it's worth giving Ros
another try and a proper, deep listen. Whatta you say?

Woah, Sigur Ros, doesn't Brad Pitt masturbate to these guys.
It's like Icleandic chill, I don't know, the sort of thing
liked by people you'd never want to meet who run bars you'd
never want to go into might play. COOL

Sigur Rós did have an ethos, realized it in the () album
and then deprived by etno consumism. The () album is pretty
much one of the best albums ever made. The rest you can
leave out, live without. But when doing so, don't miss the
excellent heart-felt track Bíum Bíum Bambaló.

I am listening to the track now on YouTube. The vid is
coowel. :)

Hmmmm, like a more moody, drawn out version of Mum, uh huh!

Wow, with the vid is is powerfully... I dunno, unnerving,
actually. Very real, yet surreal too.

Saw them at Alexandra Palace last year or summat. Great gig.
Also, had a Ros track playing as my wedding guests arrived.

I like Ageitus Beirjan, or however it's spelt - the one with
the foetus on the cover.
