'a scanner darkly' 2006 (same director as waking life)
stunning use of vector effects, great adaptation of the book

'no country for old men' 2007 coen brothers
smart film, lots to observe in this i had to watch it twice

'The holy mountain' 1973 by Alejandro Jodorowsky
i remember finding this film by accident and it had a
profound effect on me even though it was old.

if you want a place to find these movies, try here
you can search for films by film director, or actor or
some other way, it's a good site for left field art movies
etc
