# The UK test-pressing only double-lp for the untitled CAUSTIC WINDOW album comes in a generic die-cut white paper record jacket (with no picture sleeve), and is limited to 4 copies (each which are reportedly in the possession of Chris Jeffs, Grant Claridge-Wilson, Mike Paradinas, and Richard D. James himself). Originally scheduled to have been issued in the double-lp and cd formats, there are no plans of a commercial release for this aborted album.
# The UK test-pressing only double-lp for the untitled CAUSTIC WINDOW album has hand-written (by Richard D. James himself) in black marker on Side A's white label: "CAUSTIC WINDOW LP 33 1/3 SIDE A REPHLEX", and on Side B: "CAUSTIC WINDOW LP 33 1/3 SIDE B REPHLEX", and on Side C: "CW LP side C", and on Side D: "CAUSTIC WINDOW LP.side D".
